Abstract

Deciphering the molecular basis of pluripotency is fundamental to our understanding of mammalian development and embryonic stem cell biology. Will discuss novel transcriptional mechanisms governing ESC gene expression and describe core promoter recognition factors/co-activators regulating pluripotency and differentiation.
